Mary Rollins, MSN, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC
Mary has been a registered nurse since 2004, graduating from Eastern Kentucky University. She earned her RN-BSN from Liberty University in 2010 and a Master’s in Nursing Education in 2012, both with Dean’s List honors. Mary has held various roles, including teaching at Lincoln Memorial University and serving as Director of Clinical Services in home health and hospice.
After 15 years in home care and witnessing the growing need for mental health care, Mary pursued her goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program in 2021 and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Mary is eager to apply her expertise and looks forward to working with you.
Andrea Demaria MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Andrea is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who holds a Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University and is board certified by the American Nurse’s Credentialing Center. She has a unique background that combines extensive experience in public safety, emergency management, and over a decade of specialized nursing experience in neurological and mental health disorders. Her diverse background has provided a solid foundation in handling high-pressure situations and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in mental health crises. Andrea earned both her Associate of Science in Nursing (2014) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2015) from Lincoln Memorial University. Her expertise includes specialized experience in working with neurological disorders and post-operative brain surgery patients. Her work with these patients involves comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions tailored to address the unique challenges faced during recovery from neurological procedures. Additionally, she has worked extensively with patients experiencing severe mental illnesses across the spectrum, including psychosis. This specialized expertise allows her to provide integrated care that addresses both the neurological and psychiatric aspects of her patients' health.
As a PMHNP, Andrea is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. She is skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders, and she is passionate about advocating for her patients and supporting their journey to recovery. Her holistic approach to mental health care integrates her diverse experiences, ensuring that each patient receives individualized and effective treatment.
Natalie France, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Natalie has been a Registered Nurse since 2018, with experience in acute care, critical care, and emergency care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University in November 2024 and was credentialed as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in December 2024. Passionate about mental health care, Natalie is dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan. Katerina Joseph, RN
Katerina has been a Registered Nurse since 2021, with experience in critical care, home care, and behavioral health care. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with her Associate of Science degree in nursing and immediately pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Union College. After graduating in 2022 she immediately enrolled in Northern Kentucky Universities Master of Science in Nursing Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program. She graduated in December 2024 and is set to take her exam for board certification. Katerina is passionate about mental health care and is dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan.
