Heartstrings Mental Health is proud to offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), an innovative, non-invasive treatment option designed to help individuals struggling with a variety of mental health conditions. In addition to TMS therapy, we also provide Medicinal Cannabis Evaluations and Psychological testing, expanding our commitment to holistic mental health care. TMS therapy is currently available for the treatment of Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Smoking Cessation, with additional treatment options expected to become available in the future as advancements in care continue to grow.

Heartstrings is proud to offer the EarliPoint Evaluation, an FDA-cleared tool that helps diagnose autism in children ages 16 months through 7 years. Your child simply watches short videos on a tablet while eye-tracking technology measures how they engage with social information. It's quick, comfortable, and helps families get answers and support sooner.

Heartstrings now offers medical cannabis evaluations for patients who may qualify for Kentucky's Medical Cannabis Program. Our team will review your health history, confirm whether you have a qualifying condition, and, if you're eligible, provide the written certification you need to apply for your medical cannabis card. Qualifying conditions include cancer, chronic or severe pain, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, chronic nausea, PTSD, and more.

Heartstrings now has Community Health Workers on our team to help patients with the everyday challenges that can get in the way of good health. Our Community Health Workers can connect you with resources like transportation, food assistance, housing support, and insurance enrollment, help you keep up with appointments, and make sure you have the support you need between visits. They know our community and are here to make care easier to reach.

Heartstrings offers Spravato (esketamine), an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression, meaning depression that hasn't improved enough with other antidepressants. Spravato works differently from traditional antidepressants, and many patients see improvement in their symptoms within weeks. Treatment is self-administered in our office under the supervision of our clinical team, followed by a monitoring period before you head home with a driver.

Recovery is possible, and you don't have to do it alone. Our Medication-Assisted Treatment program combines FDA-approved medications, such as buprenorphine, with counseling and ongoing support to treat opioid use disorder. MAT helps reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms so you can focus on rebuilding your health, relationships, and life. Our team provides compassionate, judgment-free care tailored to each patient's needs, with integrated mental health services under one roof.

We now have 8 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, 1 Registered Nurse, 4 Medical Assistants, a Licensed Psychological Associate, 3 Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, 4 Licensed Professional Counseling Associates, 12 Targeted Case Managers, and 4 Community Health Workers. We are accepting new patients for all services, including Medicinal Cannabis Evaluations, Psychological testing, Spravato, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
