Mary Rollins, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Mary is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional who has been a registered nurse since 2004 after graduating from Eastern Kentucky University. She later earned her RN-BSN from Liberty University in 2010 and a Master’s degree in Nursing Education in 2012, achieving Dean’s List honors in both programs.

Throughout her nursing career, Mary has served in a variety of leadership and educational roles, including teaching at Lincoln Memorial University and working as Director of Clinical Services within home health and hospice care settings. Her extensive clinical background has provided her with a strong foundation in compassionate patient care, education, and healthcare leadership.


After spending more than 15 years in home care and witnessing the increasing need for accessible mental health services, Mary pursued her long-standing goal of becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program in 2021 and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).


Mary is also the founder and owner of Heartstrings Mental Health, where she has remained deeply committed to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health services throughout the community. She sees patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals feel respected, heard, and empowered in their care.


Mary is passionate about supporting the mental and emotional well-being of her patients and is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based treatment that promotes healing, resilience, and overall wellness. She looks forward to partnering with individuals and families on their journey toward improved mental health and a better quality of life.

Andrea Demaria MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Andrea is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Andrea also earned both her Associate of Science in Nursing in 2014 and Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015 from Lincoln Memorial University.


Andrea brings a unique and diverse professional background that combines extensive experience in public safety, emergency management, and more than a decade of specialized nursing experience caring for individuals with neurological and mental health disorders. Her broad clinical and emergency response experience has equipped her with the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations while developing a deep understanding of the complexities associated with mental health crises and severe psychiatric conditions.


Her clinical expertise includes working with patients experiencing neurological disorders, post-operative brain surgery recovery, severe mental illness, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychosis across the spectrum of care. Andrea has extensive experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualized interventions tailored to the unique emotional, cognitive, and behavioral challenges patients may experience during neurological recovery and psychiatric treatment.


Andrea’s specialized experience caring for post-operative neurological patients allows her to provide integrated, holistic care that addresses both the neurological and psychiatric aspects of overall health and wellness. She understands the close connection between brain health and mental health and works diligently to ensure patients receive compassionate, evidence-based treatment that supports long-term healing and stability.


Known for her calm, supportive, and empathetic approach, Andrea is passionate about advocating for her patients and helping them feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. She believes in building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, welcoming environment where individuals can openly discuss their concerns and work collaboratively toward meaningful personal growth and recovery.


Through her holistic and individualized approach to care, Andrea strives to help patients improve emotional wellness, strengthen resilience, manage symptoms effectively, and achieve a healthier and more fulfilling quality of life.

Natalie France, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Natalie is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional who has been a Registered Nurse since 2018. Throughout her nursing career, she has gained valuable experience in acute care, critical care, and emergency medicine, providing her with a strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of the complex physical and emotional needs individuals may face during times of crisis and recovery.


Driven by her passion for mental health care and helping others achieve emotional wellness, Natalie pursued advanced practice nursing and earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University in November 2024. She was subsequently credentialed as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in December 2024.


Natalie is committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based mental health care tailored to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences. She specializes in working with adults across the lifespan, supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress-related conditions, trauma, and emotional life transitions.


Known for her warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental approach, Natalie strives to create a safe and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and works collaboratively with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing, resilience, and overall well-being.

Katerina Joseph, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Katerina is a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional committed to helping individuals achieve emotional wellness and improved quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care. With a strong passion for supporting the mental health needs of her community, Katerina strives to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.


Katerina works with patients across the lifespan, providing care to children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health concerns. While she enjoys supporting individuals of all ages, she is especially passionate about helping children navigate emotional, behavioral, developmental, and social challenges. She understands the importance of early intervention and believes that building strong coping skills, emotional resilience, and healthy support systems during childhood can have a lasting positive impact throughout a person’s life.


Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Katerina takes a collaborative and client-centered approach to care, working closely with patients and families to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique strengths, needs, and goals. She is committed to helping patients build confidence, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and overcome barriers that may be affecting their overall well-being.


Through compassion, active listening, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, Katerina is dedicated to helping each patient feel supported and empowered as they work toward healing, growth, and lasting emotional wellness.

Kasondra Lewis, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Kasondra is a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve lasting emotional wellness. She is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care that empowers patients to better understand themselves, build resilience, and improve their overall quality of life.


Kasondra works with patients across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of mental health concerns. She values creating a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where patients feel safe expressing themselves openly and honestly throughout the therapeutic process.


Known for her quirky and personable demeanor, Kasondra brings authenticity, warmth, and humor into her work, helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely connected during sessions. Her approachable personality allows her to build strong therapeutic relationships while creating an atmosphere that encourages trust, growth, and healing.


Kasondra takes a client-centered and collaborative approach to treatment, recognizing that every individual’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. She works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs while incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques designed to promote emotional wellness, healthy coping skills, and personal growth.

Hannah Rice, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Hannah is a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is deeply committed to helping individuals feel supported, understood, and hopeful throughout their mental health journey. She believes every person’s story is unique and deserves to be met with empathy, respect, and individualized care. Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable being themselves and openly sharing their experiences.


Hannah works with patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She takes a holistic and patient-centered approach to care, recognizing that mental health is influenced by emotional, social, physical, and everyday life experiences. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Hannah takes the time to truly listen, understand the whole person, and collaborate with each patient to develop a treatment plan that best supports their personal goals and overall well-being.


Known for her compassionate nature and supportive presence, Hannah strives to build meaningful therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, honesty, and encouragement. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, trauma, behavioral concerns, and life transitions while empowering them to develop resilience, balance, and self-confidence.


Hannah is also dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health care and advocating for her patients every step of the way. She believes that healing and growth happen when individuals feel genuinely heard, valued, and supported, and she is honored to walk alongside her patients as they work toward emotional wellness and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
