Heartstrings Mental Health & Wellness was built on a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported on their journey toward better health.

Located in the heart of London, Kentucky, Heartstrings is a locally owned, family-operated healthcare practice founded with a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout southeastern Kentucky.

Led by husband-and-wife team Mary and Chris Rollins, both experienced healthcare professionals, Heartstrings brings together decades of nursing experience, clinical knowledge, and a shared commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Our journey began with a desire to bridge the gaps in mental healthcare, especially for those struggling with challenges that aren't always visible to the outside world. We understand that mental health struggles can feel isolating, overwhelming, and difficult to navigate. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming environment where no one feels judged, dismissed, or alone.

As Heartstrings has grown, so has our vision. What began with a focus on mental health has expanded to include a broader range of mental health, wellness, and primary care services, allowing us to better support the needs of our community.

Meet Our Staff

Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. From Clinical Support Specialists and Medical Assistants to our Administrative Staff, everyone plays a vital role in ensuring you receive the support, including psychiatric evaluations, telepsychiatry appointments, and Primary Care, that you need. Get to know the team that’s here to assist you every step of the way.

We offer a comprehensive range of mental health services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, Targeted Case Management, psychological assessments and testing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Community Health Workers. For those who prefer receiving care from the comfort of their own home, we also provide telepsychiatry appointments. Additionally, our in-house laboratory, serviced by Elite Clinical Lab and PathGroup, is equipped to perform pharmacogenetic testing as well as blood and urine tests.
