Meet Our Staff

Chris he has been working behind the scenes from the start, but joined our team full-time in December 2023 assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer. Chris also serves as an RN, and is our Spravato coordinator. He has over 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in Critical Care, Cardiac ICU, Home Health, PCU, as well as Dialysis. He has been a patient advocate in every role he's worked.  He also brings with him over 10 years of experience in business management. We are excited for him to finally be on the front line in the clinic!

Aiden joined our team in May 2023 as a temporary receptionist and has transitioned into the role of full-time Medical Assistant.  Aiden graduated from high school a year early in June 2024 and is looking forward to college, where he intends to study nursing and eventually become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (like his mother).

We are thrilled to welcome Natasha Rollins as our new Director of Billing Services. Natasha brings with her a wealth of expertise in medical billing and coding, honed over years of dedicated service in the healthcare industry. Her outgoing personality and boundless energy make her not only a highly capable professional but also a dynamic team player. We are confident that Natasha's leadership and enthusiasm will be a tremendous asset to our organization as we continue to enhance our billing services and overall patient experience.  

Sam joined our team in March of 2024 as an Administrative Assistant, and has since gotten certified as a Peer Support Specialist, and Certified Community Support Associate.  Sam demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in all tasks she undertakes. Her adaptability and willingness to go above and beyond expectations make her an integral part of our team. Driven by a desire to understand the intricacies of our business, she is committed to expanding her knowledge and skill set. Sam has since been promoted to Office Manager where she is able to utilize the skills she has learned to help lead our team forward. She embraces challenges as opportunities for growth and is eager to take on new responsibilities to further her career within our company. We look forward to seeing her thrive and succeed in her journey with us. 

 In November 2023, we hired Ki'Anna as an intake coordinator, and since then, she's been promoted to the position of Psychological Testing and Earlipoint coordinator. She completed high school one year ahead of schedule and is eagerly anticipating college, where she intends on expanding her knowledge of mental health to help further her career with us. We are delighted to have her as a member of our team!  

Jessica joined our team in mid-2025 as our Referral Coordinator. She has a true passion for helping others and a heart for serving people in need. Jessica works closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new patients, helping guide them through the referral and intake process with care and compassion. She plays a vital role in keeping our clinic running and growing by making sure every patient feels supported from their very first contact with our office.

Caitlyn joined our team in June of 2024 as a full-time Medical Assistant. Caitlyn brings with her several years experience as a MA in both Medical and Behavioral health, and a desire to help people in need. She's got a wonderful personality, a great work ethic, and has been a great addition to our team.

Meleasa joined our team in October of 2024 as an Administrative Assistant and transitioned to a full-time Medical Assistant. Meleasa brings with her several years experience as a CMA in mental health, and a desire to help people in need.  

With her positive personality and dedicated work ethic, she has quickly become an invaluable member of our team.

Jake joined our team in early 2025 as a full-time Medical Assistant. He brings several years of experience as a licensed barber and a genuine desire to help individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. With a strong passion for making a difference, Jake has a unique ability to connect with patients in a meaningful and relatable way. His compassionate approach helps create a supportive and welcoming environment for those seeking care.
