Written Certification Appointment Requirements
Heartstrings Mental Health, PLLC is offering evaluations for written certifications for medicinal cannabis.
To qualify for medicinal cannabis in Kentucky, a patient must have a qualifying medical condition, such as chronic pain, cancer, PTSD, or epilepsy, and be certified by a licensed provider. The provider must confirm that other treatment options have been ineffective or unsuitable. Patients must also be residents of Kentucky and obtain a medical marijuana card through the Kentucky Department for Public Health after receiving the physician's certification.
