As a receptionist and prior authorization specialist at Heartstrings Primary Care, she enjoys being a welcoming face for patients and helping make their healthcare experience as smooth as possible.

Meet Theresa 🌿 With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and hands-on experience to her role as a Medical Assistant. She began her healthcare career in 2004 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and later expanded her experience into medical office assisting, where she developed a passion for helping patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.

Meleasa joined our team in October of 2024 as an Administrative Assistant and transitioned to a full-time Medical Assistant. Meleasa brings with her several years experience as a CMA in mental health, and a desire to help people in need.
With her positive personality and dedicated work ethic, she has quickly become an invaluable member of our team. Meleasa has transitioned to the role of Collector/Phlebotomist for Elite Clinical Laboratory but has remained in our clinic as part of our family.
